Adela Halollari

Hi! I'm Adela, a rising Junior at Brooklyn Technical High School. Being raised in Marine Park, Brooklyn, I've spent much of my life swinging on playsets, cloud gazing, and walking down winding nature trails in my neighborhood's renowned park. As a result, I've built a love for not only nature and green spaces, but the community they foster. This love for nature and community has pushed me towards some of my favorite hobbies; research and volunteering. Whether it be planting trees on my weekends or planning conferences for young girls, I love seeing what I can do to make a change and bring environmental awareness to people everywhere.

Off the clock

I love baking treats for friends and family, and I'm always drawing something — flowers, ideas, or the neighborhood around me. If you ever want to swap recipes or sketch together, I'm in.
